PRASHANT PRAKASH ASTROLOGER
Terms & conditions
Updated 26 October 2026
These terms apply to the use of this website and consultations provided by Prashant Prakash Astrologer.
The service
We provide personal astrology consultations online, by appointment. A standard consultation lasts 30 minutes. It costs INR 2,100 for clients residing in India and USD 21 for clients residing outside India. Your country of residence determines the price; it is separate from your birthplace or current time zone. The fee, date, time zone, meeting method, and scope are confirmed before payment. The booking form leads to checkout. Online payment is not yet enabled, so a saved request does not reserve a time or create a confirmed appointment.
Availability and time zones
The practitioner’s schedule is in Asia/Kolkata (India Standard Time), with 30-minute sessions between 7:30 pm and 11:30 pm. Booking dates begin two calendar days after today in India and cover a 60-day window. Available sessions are shown in the time zone you select, including the applicable daylight-saving offset for the appointment date. Practitioner blocks and confirmed bookings are excluded.
Booking and participation
You must be 18 or older to book for yourself. Please provide accurate contact and scheduling information. Enter your birth date, local birth time, and birthplace, and check the displayed city coordinates. Mark an approximate time accurately; if your time or place is unknown, contact us before booking. These details may affect the interpretation. The consultation primarily focuses on your submitted question, with room for related topics. Join on time with a working internet connection and a quiet place to speak.
Nature of astrology
Astrology is an interpretive tradition offered for reflection and personal perspective. Interpretations are not statements of scientific certainty and do not guarantee events, results, or outcomes. Your decisions remain your own. Consultations do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
Fees and payments
Prices are quoted in INR for India residents and USD for residents outside India. Checkout shows the total and currency. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges. No card or bank credentials are collected by this website. Online payment will be enabled after the payment provider is integrated; until then, contact us with your booking reference to arrange the next step. A booking is confirmed only after payment and explicit confirmation. Availability is checked again before confirmation.
Cancellation and service delivery
The Cancellation & Refund Policy and Service Delivery Policy form part of these terms. Please review them before paying.
Respect and privacy
Please communicate respectfully and share only information relevant to the consultation. Neither party should record a session without the other’s express permission. The Privacy Policy explains website enquiry processing.
Website content
Website content is general information. You may read and share links for personal use, but may not misrepresent or commercially reproduce our content without permission.
Concerns and applicable rights
Please contact us first if there is a concern about your booking or service. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
