Cancellation & refunds

These rules apply to the online astrology consultations offered by Prashant Prakash Astrologer. Please read them before confirming and paying for an appointment.

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the session

A cancellation request received at least 24 hours before the agreed session start time is eligible for a 70% refund of the consultation amount paid. For an INR 2,100 consultation, INR 1,470 is refunded and INR 630 retained. For a USD 21 consultation, USD 14.70 is refunded and USD 6.30 retained.

Cancellation within 24 hours

Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. The cutoff is measured from the confirmed appointment time, with the time zone specified in the booking confirmation.

How to request cancellation

Email hello@prashantprakashastrologer.com, call +91 74109 51555 to request cancellation. Provide your name, booking reference, and session date and time. An email request is time-stamped when it is received, including outside support hours.

Refund timeline and method

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of confirmation of the cancellation and refund eligibility. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to reflect the credit. Bank holidays and weekends are not working days.

Other payment or service issues

For duplicate payments, a session that we cannot deliver, or another billing problem, contact us with your reference. We will review the issue and explain the resolution. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Rescheduling

Please contact us as early as possible to request a different time. A change is only confirmed when agreed with you; a rescheduling request does not automatically change the existing appointment or cancellation deadline.
