PRASHANT PRAKASH ASTROLOGER
Privacy policy
Updated 26 October 2026
This policy explains how Prashant Prakash Astrologer handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect
The booking form collects your name, email, country of residence, current time zone, preferred language, consultation topic, main question, selected appointment, and consent. It also collects your birth date, local birth time, whether that time is exact or approximate, birth city, city-centre latitude and longitude, historical time-zone offset, and corresponding UTC birth time. Your phone number is optional. Please do not send identity documents, financial details, or medical records through this form. Birth details are required to prepare the chart for the consultation. Please submit only your own details.
Why we use it
We use your information to prepare your astrological chart from the perspective of your question, arrange and provide a consultation, and deal with booking, support, or privacy requests. Your consent to a reply is not consent to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising.
Storage and access
Booking details are stored privately on our server in India, hosted by E2E Networks. Access is limited to authorised administration, protected by one-time email codes and expiring sessions. Birth details and your question are viewed in the private administration area. We use Google Workspace for email, including notifications of new booking requests, administrator sign-in codes, and our replies. Booking notification emails include basic contact and scheduling information; birth details and the consultation question remain in the private administration area. Technical service providers may process information needed to operate the website or deliver correspondence. Please only share information you are comfortable sending to us in India.
Website booking records are retained for up to 180 days after the later of the requested session or submission, and then deleted through routine cleanup. Legacy enquiry records are retained for up to 180 days after submission. Correspondence and booking records may be retained separately for the time necessary to provide the service, resolve a complaint, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Website security and cookies
This site uses encrypted HTTPS connections in production. It does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie lasting up to 12 hours. Your browser’s session storage holds a private checkout access token, so you can review your own booking in that browser tab. City searches use a GeoNames-derived database hosted on our own server; your birth data is not sent to GeoNames. The form uses a short-lived security token and temporary, pseudonymous network identifiers to limit spam; these abuse-prevention records are removed within 24 hours. Technical server logs may include IP addresses, requested pages, and error information; these logs are retained for up to 14 days. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit an enquiry and contact us by phone instead. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your enquiry information, or withdraw consent to further contact. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where required by law or to resolve an existing dispute.
Children
The enquiry form and consultations offered through it are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not submit a child’s personal details through this form.
